So I want the photocell to over ride the timer if it gets dark before the timer setting. Can anybody give me a wiring diagram for this? The closest I can get to cracking the code for an aftermarket head unit is a $400 dash kit. Has anyone figured out what wires are needed to keep most of the features and succesfully install an aftermarket radio. Its been like 9 years since this model was realeased. I wish i had the time patience and know how to pick it apart.

I know a bit of electrical, but have no experience with HVAC. How would I go about rewiring this? I connected color to color with wire nuts and tried but no luck. The fan just won’t start spinning on the AC unit. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! I built this for my cottage to control my water heater and water pump using smart switches and double pole 120v coil contactors. Mounting it where my existing panel plug is to use that circuit for the 120. Mounted a receptacle on the side of box to replace panel plug. Used a NEMA enclosure because I had it laying around. Does it look ok? Stranded will get wired to panel, water pump is only a couple feet... I have a board which passes 24vac through TLP241A(TP1,F relays (Toshiba) to pull in HCCY3XQ05CJ contactors. The relays have a maximum rating of 2amps continuous, and the contactors only draw 200mA once they are pulled in, yet somehow they are still burning out the relays. There is a resettable 1.5amp fuse between the relay and contactor, which should have tripped if it ever started to overdraw to protect the relay. These relays are legit BURNT.
