I want to have the LED of my case to be pulsing instead of blinking. I run my PC in the living room and most of the time it is on standby. In that mode the lights are flashing about every 1-3s. I would prefer to have them pulsing or fading as demonstrated in [this video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qLAi7hkDuYw). Is there a small pcb which I can just solder in before the LED? I prefer have it already assembled instead of sourcing the parts and building it from scratch.
