Mistake: A friend bought an 8N with the air tube missing,The new replacment had to be trimmed 1/2 inch at the carb end.Also note that the carb end hose can shrink if left off while you are working the tractor.Check any new part for fit BEFORE you paint it.My new battery box was almost right.
