Hello friends! I've posted on this subreddit around two months ago and you've all been very helpful! As a quick recap for this post: I own a 1914 Singer 28K, that my father bought really cheap on a flee market a few years ago. She is in rough shape, but so far I've been able to remove some of the gunk and rust and I've piled her up nicely.
