As the title above. I’m new towards guitar wiring diagram. I hope anyone could help for this matter. I would like to use same wiring setup for pickup but the color code is different. Stock quantum bridge pickup colour, White=hot, Red=bridge tap and Black=ground. Its got 3 colour from stock pickup but sd nazgul got 6. Where do i put the colour to match to the switch? It has 2 humbuckers, but a 5 way switch. I believe one setting is the neck coils wired parallel with themselves. I couldn't find a solid answer on what the "non-traditional" selector settings were. I looked at some videos, but they didn't satisfactorily agree on what the 5 settings were, or just played one pickup the whole time. I'm intrigued here. With the guitar held in the playing position, there is one knob and one switch along the lower edge of the body. Closest to the knee cutout is the five-way pickup selector switch. Closest to the end of the body is the tone knob. The volume knob is located right above the five-way pickup selector switch. 4.Affix the 4 way switch to the control panel. 5.Affix the CTS volume and tone pots to the control panel. 6.Line up new capacitors 7.Remove the output jack. 8.Solder pickup leads as per the wiring diagram, 9.Add a treble bleed circuit, if required. 10.Put in new output jack and solder leads to the panel 11.Check if working. 12.Reassemble back.
